What to expect

Step 1 - Pre consultation

You will be asked to complete an intake questionnaire and food diary or simply take photos of your meals so I can get an idea of your dietary habits and past medical history and what health goals you would like to achieve from our team.

Step 3 Follow up consultations?

According to your intervention plan we will evaluate how many follow up sessions are neccessary and the level of support you feel you need to achieve your health goals. They maybe in the form of a face to face consultation or a 15 min telephone catch up. You are not alone we are with you all the way.  Here we will monitor your progress, and address any concerns you may have. If tests have been undergone they will be reviewed, and between us, we can develop new goals. You will then receive:
